If the 3 young men are not called victims by a person that killed them what do we call them. They are victims of a homicide. Rittenhouse was also aided by the police. Some of these judges need to start standing trial.
The trial hasn’t started. And yes the defense can call the three whatever he wants that’s part of defense. However Prosecutors have more restrictions. They hold incredible power over a jury. It’s unfair. But that’s the system.

Double standards? The kid deserves to be convicted, but he shot looters and rioters. They weren’t victims. He shot one who was running up from behind trying to execute him. It is a biased and disgusting ruling and i am personally disgusted by the words of this judge. At the very least this judge needs to recuse themselves from this trial.
