Some problems include very poor management. Everyone should be trained to do ALL duties where needed -- union or not! Absolute chaos last time I went.

Local PO to p/u pkg. -- walked out 2hrs later. 4 clerks front desk w/ sporadic customers, but ONE clerk working LONG line 'pkg p/up.' Clerks couldn't help in pkg area. Finally, my turn. Noticed some clerks walking around in pkg area doing nothing!.

It is not because of the new 'Republican' it is the old management & so many individual offices running a muck for so long without internal leadership or common sense practices.
