“It’s not funny,” she continued. “It’s nothing to joke about. It was nothing for y’all to start going and making up fake stories about. I didn’t put my hands on nobody. I didn’t deserve to get shot. I didn’t do shit. And thank God that the bullets didn’t touch bones. They didn’t break tendons. I know my momma, my daddy, my granny had to be looking out for me with that one, ’cause where the bullets hit at, it missed everything. Them motherfuckers was in there. It’s not that I was protecting anybody, I just wasn’t ready to speak. That’s not no shit that you immediately get on the internet and start talking about.”

Following the Instagram Live,apologized to Meganfor making light of the incident, sharing her video on his own account and writing, “Damn I didn’t think this shit was real, it sounded so crazy @theestallion i’m glad your feeling better and i hope you can accept my apology. I posted a meme that was floating around. I wouldn’t have done that if i knew you was really hurt sorry.”
