Ryan Williams is on a mission to revolutionize the stodgy real estate industry. But as an African American executive trying to disrupt real estate, Williams has also faced his fair share of skepticism.

Williams, the 31-year-old CEO and co-founder of fintech startup Cadre, has won the backing of high-profile investors like Mark Cuban, George Soros, Peter Thiel and Jared Kushner. Why do you pretend as if black people aren't successful in this country? Are you racist?

Profit has no race. He’s a realtor and consciously decided to be capitalist.

Good lord. Everything has to be adout race these days.

He's american, right? Wouldn't be easier to call him just american maybe then people will start looking at each others as people not as by skin or where your ancestors came from

You can't 'disrupt' real estate. You want to buy a house, you hire an RE agent to show you listed houses, they negotiate price with seller & their agent, and manage paperwork for the deal. Nothing really disruptive about it, just basic sales and brokerage.
