LOS ANGELES - A teenage girl from New Zealand sick with measles visited Disneyland and other popular tourist stops across Southern California earlier this month, possibly infecting others, local government health officials warned.
“The Los Angeles County Department of Public Health is looking to identify others who are at risk for measles and may have been exposed to a non-resident measles case that traveled to Los Angeles County while infectious,” the health department said in an advisory on Friday night. Orange County health officials said she visited Disneyland in Anaheim on Aug. 12 and stayed at the nearby Desert Palms Hotel. There was no information on her current condition.
Again, talking about Measles like its the Bubonic Plague. I'm a pro-vaxxer, but come on... there's no need to put out a message like this for a single case of a disease that kills less people than the flu. It's fear mongering. It's giving people stress, and stress can kill too.
It's that's u don't have to care, but there was the best contrast of deal with the swap and get adjitives
So? Everyone is vaccinated, right? Well, except the FlatEarth'ers, but they don't believe in the measles.
Parents of the year right there.
So? Lol. Mild childhood illness. Mild. FearPorn
So sad 😔
But if she had gotten the vaccine, she would have spread autism everywhere.
Hey what about Ebola.... 😂 😂 😂 Any history of the person that brought it to WAKANDA. 😂
Now do HIV.
Yikes
All it takes to make an interesting twist is for the girl to bite people randomly like a zombie!
This is unacceptable.
Sanctuary State
Suddenly Americans don't want measles now! But aren't they against vaccinating their own children? Maybe someone in New Zealand didn't want to vaccinate their child, but why panic now? They got a friend in them
Bioterrorism
Goddamnit.
CA has enough measles cases anyway. Don't think it would actually make a difference.
why are vaccinations not mandatory in america?
Vaccinate your kids!!!
