How children use meal-delivery apps and the rising popularity of online gaming could be driving obesity across Europe, the World Health Organization has said.Nearly 60% of adults and a third of children are overweight or obese - and the Covid pandemic has made that worse.

Interesting findings. We certainly live in a world of convenience. Perhaps we could benefit from working harder not smarter sometimes! It's clear all generations need the knowledge, awareness and support to make healthier choices whether it is on an app or in person.
