The pledge is just one part of the brand's global mental health initiative:

founder Larissa May, and psychotherapist Liz Beecroft are all confirmed experts among the brand's growing roster. If that weren't already a huge effort, Maybelline has also partnered with Kathleen Pike, a psychologist at Columbia University, who will soon release a report about anxiety and depression in Gen Z women.

Finally, the brand will host a free and virtual panel on World Mental Health Day to "inspire open and honest conversations and encourage emotional well-being at a time when we need it most." The panelists for this panel are yet to be confirmed, but given the amazing roster of experts Maybelline has already partnered with, we're willing to bet they'll have lots of important information and relatable experiences to share.
