In a new preview for Marvel's Death of Doctor Strange: X-Men/Black Knight 1, the new Black Knight is facing off against mutant heroes transformed to resemble Attack on Titan's giant, cannibal enemies.

In a new preview for Marvel Comics' Death of Doctor Strange: Black Knight/X-Men #1, the new Black Knight is facing the X-Men who have been turned into giant monsters straight out of Attack on Titan. Sharing the burden of the Ebony Blade, Dane Whitman and his daughter Jacks Chopra are both serving as the Black Knight following the defeat of Mordred in recent comics.

Currently in the Marvel Universe, Doctor Strange is no more, having been murdered and leaving the role of the Sorcerer Supreme empty as a result. As such, the world has been made incredibly vulnerable to all sorts of magical dangers and threats, and it's everything the surviving heroes can do to keep their heads above water. As a prime example, it looks as though the X-Men were not enough to stop a new magical threat that's come to London.

LONDON’S BURNING! THE BLACK KNIGHTS RIDE AGAIN! All manner of vile extradimensional foes are invading Earth following the collapse of Doctor Strange’s magical safeguards for the planet.

Towering over the citizens of London, each member of the X-Men has been transformed into a giant monstrous version of themselves, each one more terrifying than the last. As a result, it's going to be interesting to see how Jacks and Dane plan to restore the heroes back to their original selves.

It certainly looks as though the X-Men have become quite the threat now that they've all been corrupted and turned into Attack on Titan versions of themselves. Considering that Jacks and Dane are still getting used to sharing the dark Ebony Blade and the role of the Black Knight, they might not be ready for the challenge that awaits them even with Hussain's help. Either way, the full issue from Marvel Comics releases on January 19th. .
