Aria JonesA Caddo Mills man is dead after a paraglider crashed Friday evening near Farmersville, the Collin County Sherriff’s Office said.
Deputies responded to the crash about 6:50 p.m. in a field off FM547 and found 39-year-old Benjamin Shannon. Shannon was taken to a Plano hospital and pronounced dead.The sheriff’s office, Texas Department of Public Safety and Federal Aviation Administration are investigating the incident..
