Shaqwil Marlow, 19, allegedly shot Luis J. Rivera Jr., 23, of Vineland, multiple times as the victim left the Wawa near Park Avenue and Delsea Drive before midnight Jan. 13, prosecutors said. Members of U.S. Marshals Service New York/New Jersey Fugitive Task Force and colleagues from the Western New York divisionProsecutors were seeking to have Marlow returned to New Jersey and would ask for him to be detained ahead of trial, Webb-McRae said in a statement. The specific location of his arrest was not disclosed.

Marlow, of Vineland, was captured on surveillance video firing a gun inside the Wawa, according to court documents. Authorities previously described the shooting as a targeted attack, but have not commented on a possible motive. Rivera left behind four children, his fiancée and his parents, his obituary said.
