Nov. 5, 2021 -- U.S. Health and Human Services Secretary Xavier Becerra says more than 97% of the department’s employees have gotten vaccinated against COVID-19.
The Agency for International Development had the highest vaccination rate, 99.1%, with a 97.8% compliance rate, the release said. The Transportation Department had the highest compliance rate, 99.6%, with a 90.6% vaccination rate. says 70.7% of the total population has gotten at least one vaccine dose and 83.1% of people 18 and over has gotten one dose. For full vaccination, the CDC says 59.7% of the total population has achieved that status, along with 71.4% of the population over 18.
