Mail Service Deteriorated After Postmaster General Louis DeJoy’s Arrival, Watchdog Found

The report, published this week by the Postal Service’s Office of Inspector General in response to Congressional requests, comes as interest in the postal operations is soaring because of the presidential election and the pandemic—both of which have increased reliance on timely delivery of mail.

No shit! Instead of mail arriving early in the morning it may arrive from 8PM to 10:30PM & this never happened before! So many temps (with high turnover) are being used that they don't know the routes, many of us are all redelivering neighbors' mail from wrong delivery. Fix it!

I just picked up my daughter in N Long Beach Ca where the blue mailbox on the corner has suddenly disappeared. Its in a poorer area of the city. Not sure if it's related but that mailbox has been there forever till now.
