SAN DIEGO – The Lucky Duck Foundation updated its “Shamrocks & Shipwrecks,” the scoring system that highlights successful efforts against homelessness while condemning the opposite among San Diego County’s elected leaders and their cities.Drew Moser joined KUSI’s Paul Rudy on Good Morning San Diego to explain.

To be clear, we do not in any way endorse the “criminalization of homelessness.” Rather, we fully support the City of San Diego’s ability to connect our homeless neighbors to lifesaving resources off the streets to reduce homelessness and protect public health and public safety.
