At LTK’s annual conference Tuesday at the Adolphus Hotel, 350 content creators, influencers and those who aspire to be gathered to learn the secrets of developing click-worthy content. It was the company’s 10th such conference and attracted creators from all over the world. LTK is introducing two new capabilities in its app — which draws 17 million visitors a month — to help influencers further monetize their work.will let shoppers buy products without leaving the app. The LTK in-app checkout experience will initially roll out with select retail partners before expanding to other brands.feature, which will allow creators to quickly post about a product they would like to share with followers.

Creators attending the conference also got to hear from experts like Barbara Sainsurin of Anthropologie and Ann Newland of Wayfair about what brands need from influencers. The rise of TikTok and reels on Instagram gives creators new outlets for sharing products, the panelists said. But it also comes with risks.
