They sell it at Rice Market on 14th. Also can go to H Mart in Northern Virginia Hana should absolutely have a liquor license. But for those looking for sake and willing to wait a tiny bit for delivery, I recommend dc_sake. As for beer, not sure... Find the distributor that can get it and then any store/restaurant can order it for you. You could ask Sushi Taro or another restaurant that possibly carries it.
