On Instagram, the singerThe music video dropped on November 13 and took viewers to the North Pole on Christmas Eve in the year 2220. Just as speculated, Nas shows a futuristic toy factory full of high end toys and electronics. The singer transformed into the his own version of Santa Clause ‘Santa Nas,’ dropping the old red suit and donning a chromatic attire. He also plays three other characters driving different cars and dancing around the factory.
At the end, ‘Santa Nas’ flies around Mount Rushmore , Hollywood , the Golden Gate Bridge, and New York City. If you pay close attention, his “Old Town Road” bust is the first face on the mountain hinting at his own version of a ‘cinematic universe’ where all his videos exist in the same ‘world.’ Since its release, the “Holiday” music video has garnered over 9 million views.
