OfficerWe're told lots of the kids no longer trust campus cops and they feel their safety is in jeopardy. We're hearing some students and their families are considering transferring out because of the incident ... that's how rattled everyone is.... who tells TMZ he used to think Officer Fournier was a good guy.

I'm not surprise that this person was acting out and then went after someone. No one body slams someone just for the hell of it. Clearly if fights are arising where they need to use pepper spray and/or force then it can't be a safe school to attend.

Officers need better training; understanding the situation & learning from past experiences from other officers & themselves. It's to easy to gather the data as an officer on threatening situations & non-threatening. Behavior is unpredictable but 'averages' exist.

The last time I saw a cop throw someone head first into the concrete, they guy was partially paralyzed. This kid will certainly have some type of ongoing medical bills.
