Thank you, Sharon Grigsby, for standing up for teachers and for truth. As a former dean of education and professor emerita with decades of experience preparing teachers, I had to rub my eyes in disbelief reading the garbage quote that Michael Quinn Sullivan is trying to pass off as truisms about our state’s teachers.

What is truly scary is the ease with which people like Sullivan can twist the gullible minds of the voting public. Any “no-nothing” can literally poison the well with a drop of ignorance spouted to a politically fractured public that hasn’t done their homework to discover the truth for themselves.
