The family of an active mother of three who was allegedly refused the COVID-19 vaccine multiple times, is filing a wrongful death lawsuit against Kaiser.

A Southern California family is mourning the tragic death of a mother of three who lost her battle with COVID-19.At some point, while at Kaiser's hospital in Irvine, her husband had her discharged when she was denied monoclonal antibody treatment and drove her to Hoag Memorial Hospital Presbyterian, where she was told it was too late for the treatment, attorney Eric Dubin said.

Regnier was stabilized at Hoag and then taken back to Kaiser, where she later died, Della Donna said."Twice, this husband relied on Kaiser for medical guidance and twice they failed him," Dubin said."It's a devastating case." Regnier, who worked as a realtor, was a"healthy mom," who was"very active in the community," Della Donna said. She had her MS under control with two infusions of medicine a year.

I’m sorry for the family’s loss but really Kaiser is NOT the only place that distributed covid vaccine. If Kaiser refuses I’m sure they have medical reason why and that is why there are covid pods and pharmacies the mother can go to. Let’s explore why she didn’t go there. So sad. The nation’s health care needs to be rebuilt from the ground up. Or ground up.

Sorry for your loss but you cannot give the vaccine if you are positive for Covid. That is even more deadly. Gfhfgjhf Wait a minute, WHY was she denied? Must have been a valid reason as to why she was denied. Could it be that it was 'too soon' to receive it...after being diagnosed? Another reason to sue!

I’m with you! Kaiser should be sued. Lol fake news Also - “live vaccine” - any dr there would know it’s not a live virus. In the chart with her allergies, that note is from 2017! COVID vaccine is NOT contraindicated for rituximab. Stop driving up my health care premiums w frivolous lawsuits. Kaiser sent many communications to get vaccinated and asked when i was there for appt. Sounds fishy that they would tell her not to. There are def details missing to her story. They seem disgruntled they didn’t get monoclonal antibody treatment, but even that has criteria.

Health care system is playing games with peoples lives. They should be doing everything they can to save lives. Government people and that’s all they are is people need to be more flexible before the system falls apart and we the people take over by force. tomanyrules.

Utah reports 6,600 new COVID-19 cases Tuesday, near-record hospitalizationsUtah reported 6,600 new coronavirus cases Tuesday — the lowest weekday count in weeks, but still much higher than previous surges. Don't worry, that number will go up. RideUTA and slcmayor are going to jam the UTA buses with Covid cases with their new Free February bus rides. So hypocritical. AFSC Let's go. 'See! I told you there was nothing to worry about!' - Spence Cox Don't test Don't count

This is why hospitals should follow the FLCCC protocols. It has save thousands of lives. Many countries (except the US) are switching to it and sacking the vaccine. For the sake of humanity, broadcast the real research! 2 relatives of mine (60+) have MS and both have been vaccinated, one at KP. Something else is in play here as KP does vaccinate people with MS.

Everyone dies of covid and the flu don't exist anymore 🤣 We all end up dying sooner or later. Makes no sense. A vaccine is not going to save you while you have Covid. Call Frontline American Doctors. They can save you! Click on the link and read the whole article BEFORE you comment. Was she ever vaccinated? Or Was she vaxxed already and lookin to get boosted? What happened here?

Kaiser Kaiser Kaiser.. my father died under the hands of Kaiser 4 years ago. A Dr gambled with his health. Not surprising. My prayers to this family. Kaiser! Major L

Boston man removed from heart transplant list for refusing to get COVID-19 vaccine, family saysA Boston man says his son has been removed from the organ transplant waiting list because he has not been vaccinated against COVID-19 . God this worlds fooked When the governments always tell us what we can and can't have just because they want us to do something. Tell me more about the government caring for our health!?🤔🤔

She could have gone to CVS to be vaccinated. She don’t need to count on Kasier and get their permission. While I have extreme sympathy for this family, there are AT LEAST 100 other places she could’ve gotten a vaccine in about a 10 mile radius!! This lawsuit may help them grieve, but if she actually wanted a vaccine, she could’ve easily walked out of Kaiser and gotten one—for a year

I have had three vaccinations and I have MS too. No one has EVER asked about my medical history when I was vaccinated. Something fishy here…or her Kaise docs really are stupid. Any neurological worth his degree would not have denied her the vaccination. Kaiser is not for profit health care provider. Therefore, does not have a deep pockets for free money.she had a brain!! KP had encouraged everyone to get vaccinated. It is and was free anywhere to get vaccinated .this is nothing new she had over a year and plus time

People, she was on Rituxin/Rituximab for MS. They found being on Rituxin basically renders the vaccine pointless because of what the drug is designed to do. There was a reason they denied it. It's a very sad story, but this doesnt sound like malpractice. This is very sad but I’m confused. I have MS and also get infusions that compromise my immune system, however, I just scheduled an appt to get the vaccine at CVS in March 2021 & received it, no questions asked. Did she wait to ask for the vaccine until AFTER she tested positive?

Refused? You can schedule your own vaccine on the Kaiser app. She could have even gone to ANY other location like CVS, Walgreens etc...Kaiser has thousands of partner companies and locations that don't charge for the vaccine. The vaccine wouldn’t have saved her life lmao wtf. This does not make sense at all. Kaiser sent emails to all their patients encouraging them to get vaccinated since day one. Sounds like someone made up their mind a little too late.

I'm sorry, did she die from COVID or was she just diagnosed with COVID? And if anyone's paying attention. This family would probably sue regardless of the issues. Most would.

LA County supervisor calls for crackdown on fake COVID-19 testing sitesAfter multiple COVID-19 testing locations were determined to be fraudulent, a Los Angeles County supervisor is calling for a crackdown on fake sites. Here is my test site. Actually stay home and try this test. There shouldn't be just talk ..there should be actions Of all the things currently wrong with LA County, that’s what they’re focused on?

There's PLENTY of places to get a vaccine-FREE. Why is the hospital responsible for someones lack of responsibility for their own health. It's like having an obese individual get hospitalized for obvious health risk and conditions, and turning around and suing because they are now sick and want to be thin.

It is sad she died. Very heartbreaking. But during kaiser for it is ridiculous. Once you get the virus, the vaccine doesn't help. This is a very hard and sad lesson as to why you should get vaccinated. Why would a mother if 3 risk catching Covid by not getting vaccinated? They are made using killed or weakened versions of the disease-causing germ or parts of the germ (called antigens). When you get a vaccine, your immune system responds to the vaccine the same way it would to the real germ; it makes antibodies to the germ to protect you

Why? If you have tested positive for covid-19 can the vaccine cure you? Answer: No. Unlike medicines that treat or cure diseases, vaccines prevent you from getting sick with the disease in the first place. Remember people! There are other health issues at state here. Plus the Covid vaccine isn’t saving anyones life, your just a lab rat to them. Vaccinated or not. It doesn’t mean anything really. It doesn’t protect you or anything. It’s up to your body! Not the government.

LIES! CRISIS ACTORS!! More state propaganda BS. As the commenter below said this doesn't add up. You can get the clotshot anywhere. There is no covid. They just renamed the flu. And if you have the flu, getting a flu shot won't help. Why wouldn’t she just go to CVS, Walgreen’s l, etc… to get the vaccine?

Ohh well 🥱 I am so sorry for saying this but maybe she should have gotten the vaccine when it came out a while ago . It’s like getting car insurance when you crashed your car !!!!!

Utah Valley University teachers upset with COVID-19 protocols issue censure letter2 UVU teacher groups issued a censure letter to the Utah Board of Higher Education, expressing their dissatisfaction with the school's administration and their 'ongoing mismanagement of COVID-19 .' The politicians making this decision don’t have to teach in this environment! You have politicians making decision that cost lives! This state needs an independent science panel that decides the health of the the state, not politicians, that just want votes?

Try the off site where they're stationed to give vaccines. I did. She should had done that than direct approach. Is her doctor anti vaxxx? Got to find that out Is this headline news? Do you report on all lawsuits filed in LA without providing a check of validity? Sad story. Would it have been a different lawsuit had she been given the vaccine and still died?

Wow Try ivermectin. Always 2 sides to each story and not just reading the headline. Wonder what her backstory is and also the medical reason for not giving the vaccine. I’m sure something will come up. People are quick to judge. If you're in the hospital with covid it's too late for a vaccine. Kaiser can suck but come on.

COVID-19 booster drive is faltering in the USThe COVID-19 booster drive in the U.S. is losing steam, worrying health experts who have pleaded with Americans to get an extra shot to shore up their protection against the highly contagious omicron variant. Who wants to get a shot every 3 months that's a shame. from what I am hearing anecdotally is that having the booster really ameliorates the symptoms of covid. Folks only being double vaxxed getting hit pretty hard. (of course this is anecdotal, i'm sure there are opposite story lines)

Federal government pulls plug on employer vaccine mandate to fight COVID-19Two weeks after the U.S. Supreme Court struck down the Biden administration's vaccine mandate for businesses meant to fight the spread of COVID-19 , the federal government has officially scrapped the proposal. I don't patronize businesses that don't require their employees to be vaccinated. I can think of no better way a company can broadcast that it doesn't care about the wellbeing of the workers and customers who make money for it. Yes you will get vaccinated or else!

We don't want this poor woman's life to be taken in vain." Kaiser Permanente issued the following statement: On behalf of our physicians and care givers at Kaiser Permanente, we extend our deepest condolences to the family of Nerissa Regnier for the loss of their loved one.
