Larry Rosen, an Emmy-nominated producer who worked on programs including 'The Partridge Family' and 'The Mike Douglas Show,' has died:

Working with Larry Tucker, the onetime writing partner of Paul Mazursky, Rosen also created the short-lived sitcoms, starring Barnard Hughes as the legendary wizard living in present-day San Francisco;Stir Crazyfrom 1971-73, then left to produce, starring Sally Field as a woman with extrasensory perception. Both comedies were created byBorn in Newark, New Jersey, on Feb. 8, 1936, Rosen was raised in Detroit and graduated from the University of Michigan in 1957.
