In San Diego, California, Jeff Larabee's 18 tenants were told that they would not have to pay rent for the next three months.that he came to this decision after three of his tenants reached out to him and said they were concerned about making their payments.

Try this out: My landlady is trying to dispossess me because her adult son was engaging in animal cruelty, several people called the city animal warden, and he had to pay off the officer to avoid a felony charge and be left alone while he continues to do what he pleases.

Thats a nice landlord. Mine charged me $175 for being 'late' one day and technically it wasnt late I paid on the second and they have a 4 day grace period. Im still fighting the charge.
