Two groups representing property owners have asked a federal judge to block enforcement of the latest eviction moratorium from the CDC.

Housing is NOT a right. That's why you pay for it. I'm appalled by the arrogance of people who whine about rent forgiveness and so forth. Maybe they should quit bitching and, you know, go to work.

Federally mandated eviction moratoriums make owning, and building rental housing much more risky, and would result in bankruptcies and fewer new housing built, which will raise housing prices and homelessness.

You mean uphold the Supreme Court? Wow.

Maybe they should pressure their damn state leaders to release all the money the government gave to pay landlords to cover these costs? Too easy huh?
