I feel bad for the kid. According to the article, the boy is a special needs kid. His mother filed a lawsuit. She fought for nine months in court until finally they dismissed the charges. He shouldn't be arrested in the first place.

Why did the teacher even touch him. Little guy felt violated. He has a right to protect himself even at 8 years old. If the teacher had a problem with him they could have called in for help. Talk about mishandling the situation
