Thank you so much!

Is milquetoast Garland going to actually do anything about the senators who supported the uprising, and the former guy who caused a near revolution in this country?

Good luck with that.

Justice Department to ask Supreme Court to block Texas' 6-week abortion banThe Department of Justice will ask the Supreme Court to step in and block a controversial Texas law that bars most abortions after six weeks of pregnancy while legal challenges play out, a department spokesperson said Friday. Texas want right to 'privacy' regarding Vaccines but NOT women's 'privacy' right with abortions? Anyone remember dumpster babies? Regulated clean providers & those secret ways and risks are less? Pregnant girls, maybe emotional, driving long distance out of state? Also, Christians, the body is their temple with a choice to choose God or not, and not ours to force on them.

DOJ will ask Supreme Court to halt Texas abortion lawThe Biden administration said Friday it will turn next to the U.S. Supreme Court in another attempt to halt a Texas law that has banned most abortions since September. The move comes as the Texas clinics are running out of avenues to stop the GOP-engineered law that bans abortions once cardiac activity is detected, which is usually around six weeks. It amounts to the nation's biggest curb to abortion in nearly 50 years. The latest defeat for clinics came Thursday night when a federal appeals panel in New Orleans, in a 2-1 decision, allowed the restrictions to remain in place for a third time in the last several weeks alone. they all made sure to put their masks on just for that photo.

Appeals court denies Justice Department's request to suspend Texas abortion banA three-judge panel for the 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals on Thursday denied the Department of Justice's emergency request to suspend Texas' abortion ban, which bars the procedure after a fetal heartbeat is detected, or roughly six weeks — before many people know they are pregnant. Why it matters: The ruling allows the ban to continue to be enforced as the courts consider the law's constitutionality. It's one of the most restrictive bans to be enforced since the Supreme Court's Roe v. Wade de This issue needs to be out of COURTS & put back with the ultimate decision makers regardless of WHO PAYS. In other words it's about CONTROL OVER A WOMENS REPRODUCTIVE SYSTEM. ERA will fix this in a single brilliant stroke yet we don't hear much about it any more. SAD.
