Justice Brett Kavanaugh has tested positive for Covid-19 but has no symptoms and has been fully vaccinated, the Supreme Court said Friday.
The high court in a written statement said Justice Kavanaugh’s positive test came Thursday as part of the court’s regular testing protocols. As a precaution, the justice and his wife won’t attend a ceremony being held at the court Friday for Justice Amy Coney Barrett.
