The Judicial Crisis Network, a conservative legal advocacy group, will spend $1.1 million on national ads demanding that 2020 candidates release their list of Supreme Court picks

The ad will run for two weeks and comes just ahead of the Democratic presidential debates later this week.

Trump and Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell have made confirming judicial nominees a top priority during his presidency. The issue is expected to play a prominent role on the campaign trail for Democrats.

Judicial Crisis Network funded by conservative dark money via Wellspring Committee. JCW is only advocating what they are paid to advocate, there is no intentent to openly disclose who pays.

Demand? (1) Like they have any say! (2) it’s a losing issue for GOP. Latest polling suggest that the SC is more conservative than the country as a whole and that was pre-Kavanaugh.
