A federal judge has agreed to temporarily block Microsoft from beginning work on the Pentagon's multibillion-dollar cloud computing contract, in an early court victory for Amazon.
The contents of the decision, issued Thursday by Judge Patricia Campbell-Smith in the US Court of Federal Claims, remains under seal. But the order increases the pressure on the US government as it defends against a formal protest filed by Amazon Web Services over its handling of the contract process.Earlier this week, Amazon asked the court for permission to gather testimony from President Donald Trump, Defense Secretary Mark Esper and former Defense Secretary James Mattis.

amazon is getting stronger every day
Jeff Bezos can’t even keep his dick pics safe. We trust him with a cloud contract?
Day after day I hear of this crap happening and its outrageous. I'm fearing we may never get law and order back
You’re free to go, so go!
Microsoft's system have already been proven to be better than that of Amazon's.
This is good news!
Oh my, Trump still has vendictive emotions about the head of Amazon. It is sad. Trump had so much to work with, finances that is, and at the age of 70+ has little to show for it.
🙄
Nah...just hire the Iowa Caucus App tech company.
yeah
I'm definitely not a fan of Amazon; between it & Wally World (Wal-Mart), they have done more to kill mom & pop businesses than anything the government has done. Having said that, I hate Trump ten times more, so as for this matter. I'm good with it
Skynet may have been delayed, but Judgment Day is inevitable.
