On Wednesday, April 14, at 2 p.m. ET, Insider real estate and proptech reporter Alex Nicoll will moderate a panel on the massive tech changes in real estate, and what's coming next, featuring Osei Van Horne, founding member and former Managing Director of the technology practice of Wells Fargo Strategic Capital, Merritt Hummer, partner at Bain Capital Ventures, and Max Simkoff, CEO of Doma.

Van Horne and Hummer will talk about investing in proptech in 2021 and what trends are poised to grow as record money flows into the space. Simkoff,, will talk about his company's rapid growth during the pandemic and the trends he's seen specifically in the residential real estate world. All three will also talk about the amount of institutional interest in the proptech world, and the bevy of options available for proptech founders looking to go public.
