The controversial executive, who has been banned from Twitter and is currently being sued for pushing wild conspiracy theories and disinformation that the 2020 election was rigged, began his interview with host Jimmy Kimmel talking about the coronavirus and whether or not Lindell had been vaccinated, to which he confirmed that he hasn't.
Kimmel referenced some more of Lindell's background, including his time working in a bar and carpet cleaning."And then you fell in love with Donald Trump," said Kimmel. Lindell noted that he was invited in the summer of 2016 to meet with Trump."I have a buzzer here, just for the lawyers," joked Kimmel, pointing to a big red button on the desk.
During the interview, Lindell talked about Dominion — one of the largest makers of voting machines in the U.S. — which is currently suing him, alleging that he defamed them with false accusations that it had rigged the election for Biden. According to Lindell, an abundance of evidence will soon make it to the Supreme Court. Kimmel asked Lindell if he ever thinks it's weird why the only person who appears to have such evidence, is the same person that sells pillows on cable.
Lindell emphasized the fact that his evidence will come out."If there's nothing to hide, why won't they let the American people look at them?" he asked, of Dominion."They say it is the most secure election we've ever had," offered Kimmel.
