This piece by Peter Wade brooklynmutt seems a mix of reporting and opinion. In contrast, the original WaPo article & The Hill's piece offer reporting, but Wade offers his opinion more than once here. I'd say writing that mixes reporting and opinion should be labeled as opinion.
