It’s Time To Re-Think Your New Year’s Travel Resolutions via forbes

’s new Max Up program eight weeks ago and have lost 16 pounds so far. It’s easy and satisfying and I will write more about it when I’m closer to my goal weight but it makes me feel like I’m really accomplishing something.Pre-pandemic, I had no qualms about getting on a cross-country flight, coming home, and then turning around to do another one. No more. The impact of those trips on the environment is devastating and, from now on, I will be more conscious of that.

I’m also going to upgrade my attitude. Rather than simply checking off bucket list trips, I plan to savor them. I will turn the best of the thousands of photos on my phone into albums I can enjoy when I’m not traveling, to remind me to be grateful for the amazing places and people I’ve been lucky enough to experience – instead of complaining about the ones I may not.
