Halloween hasn’t even happened yet, but retailers are already starting to think about gift guides and holiday windows. There are possibly some good reasons for this: With more people shopping online now, and the global supply chain all messed up, consumers want to make their list and check it twice before it’s too late.
On that note, if you were to walk down Fifth Avenue today, you’d see Prada’s new holiday collection on full display in the windows of Bergdorf Goodman. They feature full-size videos as a backdrop, with mannequins dripping in sequins, crystals, studs, and Lurex with a metallic sheen — perfect for any holiday parties you have lined up.

Fifth Avenue’s shiny transformation has only just begun.
