IsraAID, an Israeli-based non-government organization , helped to evacuate 125 refugees from Afghanistan earlier in October, according to a statement from the group released Wednesday.
This marks the second time in two months that IsraAID has helped at-risk Afghans escape the country. A previous venture on September 6 saw the NGO evacuate 42 women and girls to the United Arab Emirates . IsraAID, an Israeli-based NGO, announced Wednesday that it had helped evacuate 125 Afghan refugees to Albania, where they will eventually be able to relocate to permanent settlements in other nations.
