An Israeli court has approved the extradition of a former teacher wanted in Australia on charges of child sex abuse, paving the way for her to stand trial after a six year battle over her deportation.

JERUSALEM — An Israeli court on Monday approved the extradition of a former teacher wanted in Australia on charges of child sex abuse, paving the way for her to stand trial after a six-year legal battle.

Critics, including Leifer’s alleged victims, have accused Israeli authorities of dragging out the case for far too long. Earlier this year an Israeli psychiatric panel determined Leifer had lied about suffering a mental condition that made her unfit to stand trial. As a result of the findings, Israel’s Justice Ministry said it would move to expedite her extradition.

Op-Ed: UAE-Bahrain deals with Israel offer chance at a 'warm peace,' economic growth and a moderate Mideast alliance \nThe 'warm peace' could be less about ending hostility and more about sharing technology, generating investment, closing business deals and exchanging intelligence to more effectively counter threats from Iran and other potential spoilers. Orange man bad though, right? No peace just economic growth. As soon as the mossad is allowed into the country, they will cause more division and corruption within. This is the nature of they Jews. Masters of deception.
