DUBAI, United Arab Emirates -- An Iranian scientist that Israel alleged led the Islamic Republic's military nuclear program until its disbanding in the early 2000s was killed in a targeted attack that saw gunmen use explosives and machine gun fire Friday, state television said.
The semiofficial Fars news agency, believed to be close to the country's Revolutionary Guard, said the attack happened in Absard, a small city just east of the capital, Tehran. It said witnesses heard the sound of an explosion and then machine gun fire. The attack targeted a car that Fakhrizadeh was in, the agency said.
“Terrorists murdered an eminent Iranian scientist today. This cowardice—with serious indications of Israeli role—shows desperate warmongering of perpetrators,” Zarif wrote on Twitter. "In the last days of their gambling ally’s political life, the Zionists seek to intensify and increase pressure on Iran to wage a full-blown war," Dehghan wrote, appearing to refer to U.S. President Donald Trump. “We will descend like lightning on the killers of this oppressed martyr and we will make them regret their actions!”
I agree. Nobody in their right mind would feel the need 2 waste a lot of $ using a Remote Gun, just 2 kill 1 guy-Except a twisted wacko Jewish loony tune.
Iran will not leave this operation unanswered
Islamic🤣
This is a goodbye present from Uncle Sam before leaving his hotel 🤣🤣🤣

Important to of done that before Biden and his enablers of terrorism gave them the heads up on planned action

I wonder if the recent trip of Bibi and Pompeo to Saudi Arabia had anything to do with this?
Straight up murder of is cool as long as you are a western govt it seems........
Sounds fishy! This is an ABC news and fake news media to steer pity towards evil empire. Intel never fails with Israel. Doctor developing Nuclear arsenal, perhaps, they should change the headline.
As someone who knows the Iranian regime I can assure that Iran itself is the one who killed him to make the people believe that it's targeted.
I bet he was an austere scholar
I'm fairly sure they still have a nuclear program.
Congratulations realDonaldTrump netanyahu fire 2020
Damn, welp time to move on to some college football!!!
Fallacy. It's never been abandoned.
Joe Biden sent Tehran a letter apologizing for the loss with an uplifting message that the Ayatollah would soon succeed in manufacturing nuclear-tipped ICBMs that can hit the USA, and the letters include a check for $150billion and nuclear technology tidbits
This sounds familiar
Canada can lend Iran some nuclear scientists.
Role ?
' until its disbanding in the early 2000s' You clowns are delusional
Go Brady Go
Hmm
And some orientalists, seculars & atheists say that Muslims are not contributing to science and innovation for the betterment of humanity
