LesterHoltNBC This spike comes after California's tax hikes. The aftermath of the tax hikes consists of higher economic growth and a rise in homelessness. I don't get it. Is it that the policies aren't liberal enough and taxes and regulation needs to be higher and more stringent, respectively?
