Some researchers have found that SAT scores can predict a student's income and occupational achievements long after college, according to The New York Times. Bill Gates also screened new hires for intellect in Microsoft's early days, but the IQ test was his preferred metric, Business Insider previously reported.

No EQ score of course, which would explain why tech is bereft of morals and ethics. When are they going to embrace diversity? Or is racism, misogyny, and general worker abuse going to continue until they are regulated? Soft skills are way more important than any IQ score.
