Some residents of Jackson, Mississippi, have been without water for 14 days.
Laurie Bertram Roberts of the Mississippi Reproductive Freedom Fund says, "What really needs to be done is major infrastructure investment on the federal and state level. It was not shocking to me that it took the state so long to even show up in Jackson."
“What we need is bigger government” No thanks. Start with local community and build outward.
It’s too bad that these people put their trust in a corrupt Republican Party. Republicans could care less about the people of Mississippi. But, evangelical preachers will invoke the name of God to gain support for the Republican Party. It’s just what they do in Mississippi.
