'As they tried to wrestle him into a squad car.' Yet the descriptions of the clip say that he scuffled with the police because he claimed that he was claustrophobic. So basically, he resisted arrest. Apparently, you should be able to claim claustrophobia to not get arrested now.
I'd be terrified too. Go listen to this 6 part podcast. The police in the US haven't changed much since they were founded. They are still a gang. Just a legal one.
