I decide a little walk in the sun will perk me up, so I go out with two colleagues. They peel off for lunch; I walk a few blocks farther and pop into a bakery where I buy a delicious-looking cinnamon thing. I take it back to my desk and eat some leftover salad for lunch because balance.3 p.m.
