I now exercise six to seven times a week doing Beachbody programs. I like the structure of the programs, and they give me a sense of accomplishment when I complete one.After realizing I needed to take care of myself first, taking care of my family became so much easier. The expression you can’t pour from an empty cup is 100 percent true.I stopped thinking that exercising was a punishment for being unhealthy and thinking it was a privilege to move my body.
