Before losing weight, I struggled with always feeling fatigued. I was pregnant with my fourth child, and while I was pregnant, I dealt with high blood pressure. High blood pressure also ran in my family, so it wasn’t a surprise. But after having the baby, my blood pressure issues never went away, and I continued to eat whatever I wanted.
My relationship with food was horrible. During holidays or celebrations, I would stuff my face just because food was around. I'd overdo it on carbs, which would always end up making me feel sluggish and fatigued. I felt like I had no control with food, even after I was already full. At my heaviest I was 275 pounds.
