The annual Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade had to make some adjustments this year as the coronavirus cases continue to rapidly rise in the United States, but fret not, the show will still include all usual decorated floats, helium-filled balloons and star-studded performances. Unlike other years, the parade marching the usual two-and-a-half-mile in New York City.
