Where is meat and fish on that list with zero carbs? Real butter, ghee, .... Or other healthy foods with nearly zero like eggs, hard cheeses, mozzarella buffala, ... Not to mention all micros/macros included. We can eat at will all those, just one bite or two from the list.

Good to know, to skip them. :-) But main problem is not so much carbs in SINGLE serving, problem is people consume dozens and dozens of them daily.
