This article is part of our This Week on Zoom column, where oneOne of the many things that quarantine has reminded me, is that self-care comes in many different forms.

But the art of multitasking doesn’t stop at my daily schedule. I’ve realized the importance of wearing outfits that allow me to transition easily from a zoom meeting to the Yoga mat, because, who has time to change multiple times a day right now anyway? And not only that, I also notice that what I’ve worn during this quarantine has also become a subconscious motivator for me to practice self-love, even on my busiest work days.

Here, a week’s worth of outfits that have incited some much-needed SCFH , even while WFH. I hope it inspires you to take the breaks and deep breaths you deserve, too.by Tanya Markul has been a lovely, uplifting way to start and end my days. Burning my favorite Jo Malonein the background sets the tone for the day as well—a little aromatherapy always gets me focused. I put acupuncture ear seeds in as well, to help with my anxiety, as I knew I was in for a busy day.
