Nice chart for sleep timing

Staying away from blue light and stimuli 30 minutes before going to bed improves sleep quality and quality.

Invest in blue light glasses to block high intensity light from smartphones..try buying them on eBay. Highly recommended 💥

A nice way of studying throughout the night

Yet you keep posting at bedtime.

What a joke! I get 2 hours a night and I’m 57! Screw that chart!

Whereas, Benadryl can make some sleepy.
