Just lovely, but wowza $$$. If this was in Sydney, NSW, it would be $20 million, on the harbour. $3 million?

Beautiful home but unfortunately Daufuskie Island has turned downhill since 2009. They unfortunately bought at the peek. They have closed the only two golf courses on the island in last few years.
