dduane I live about halfway between Hatch and the northern mountains. The local chiles are so much better than Hatch. Bustamante and Sichler are the 2 main producers and their harvests sell fast because their chile is so good.
This is the silly. Hatch are hatch because of where they’re from. I’ve never seen a can that didn’t say “produced in Hatch”. Someone please show me a product posing as Hatch that isn’t. I’ll stand corrected
