“Affordable rent prices and low cost of living make Pennsylvania’s capital a compelling place to start post-grad life. But affordability isn’t the only draw,” reads the study. “Harrisburg offers great city amenities, from fun bars and restaurants to a variety of parks and green spaces, including Riverfront Park, Wildwood Park, and The City Island.
