GuocoLand Snags 4 Awards at APAC International Property Awards

A look at GuocoLand’s amazing, track-record win for two prestigious projects – Guoco Midtown and Midtown Modern.It was a day of elation for GuocoLand as it snagged four awards at the Asia Pacific edition of the International Property Awards. Out of the four awards, Midtown Modern took home three. These were Award Winner for Residential Development Singapore and Landscape Architecture Singapore and Best Development Marketing Singapore.

Ms Dora Chng, General Manager at GuocoLand, said, “The awards attest to Midtown Modern’s quality and excellence in its design and architecture, its facilities and amenities, as well as its overall innovative concept of bringing nature into the city. In particular, we are proud that Midtown Modern has been recognised for our landscaping — which comprises thematic gardens inspired by the seasons, and the full range of facilities that we have incorporated into the development.
